Beyond the Classroom is committed to academic excellence within a Christ-centered community: shaping Christian minds, cultivating Christian hearts, and promoting Christian service. The ultimate goal of Christian education is the glorification of God, accomplished by bringing students to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, which leads them to imitate Him while fully utilizing their God-given gifts to serve Him and His people.
Program Options
On-Campus Study Program
Our On-Campus Study Program is a four day a week program. Our K-8 program will provide instruction in all core academic areas plus Bible, Art, PE, STEM and service projects. High School students will receive instruction in Language Arts, Math, Science, History and Computer. Electives will be completed during the afternoon or at home. A certified teacher will be available for assistance at any time for those electives.
Online Academic Program
Students can enroll full-time in the Online Academy Program. Students receive appropriate placement in the online curriculum and can complete courses towards an accredited diploma.
Online Academy graduation requirements are the same as students who attend on campus classes. Students will work with the distant coordinator to develop their own individual education plan. It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that students are working and keeping up with timelines. The distant coordinator is available during regular school hours to assist or problem solve in any area needed. All online students can participate in any or all extra curricular or special activities that BTC may have.
Dual Credit College Enrollment
​Select upper-level students may opt to take courses at a community college while enrolled at BTC. With administrative approval, college courses fulfill credits toward graduation.

Graduation
Graduation for BTC students is held every May following the school year.
